It was a HOT summer.
In an effort to beat the heat, or maybe just for a new look, Jayson got a makeover. After we got back from Portland, he requested that I shave his head. No big deal I thought. We started with a pretty long attachment on our clippers, and boy was I glad we did. There were several "oh craps" and several layers taken off. In the end, he got the shortest all over. Oops.
We thought about saving the hair...then we decided that was nasty so we took a picture instead.
Here he is. Pretty sexy, huh? Almost looks like Bruce Willis.
After we did it we kept looking back at pictures and I think we both wondered why we wanted to cut it so badly. It has been a good change and it will grow out. Or maybe he'll decide he wants to keep it forever. Whatever!

I learned to cut hair on Sam and found out quickly that starting with a long attachment is a really good idea! I think it looks great!
looks good, you did GREAT! Trevor wanted me to cut his hair at first but I was too scared of messing up so now HE DOES IT HIMSELF! He's been cutting his own hair now for about a year and the money he saves goes to my hair care needs! MWA HAHA HA HA! ;)
I used to think Brad Sargent looked like shrek when he shaved his hair... you may be even a closer match... I think it looks great. Jessi cut mine short when we got to Idaho and I am loving it in this hot midwest weather.
I think the warden would approve of it!:) What's with young men wanting their hair buzzed off and their bods tattooed? You know what happened to Sampson! But, like the old saying goes. the only difference between a good and a bad haircut is about three days!:)
I've threatened to have mine buzzed off but the boss says "No way, Jose". Nature is taking care of it fast enough. What is left is getting so white it is hard to see anyway.
